About
Journal of Substance Abuse, Addiction and Therapy is an interdisciplinary, scientific, peer-reviewed open access journal. The journal refers its publication an intermingling aspect of substance abuse, addiction and therapy adopted to combat the health hazards faced from individuals to social perspective. Leading to cover all high range concerns the journal operates to put forward original research, systematic reviews and reports on meta-analyses on the assessment and therapeutic studies of substance abuse including addictive disorders.
Aim and Scope
Looking at broad coverage and wider applications to promote excellence in the practice of treatment it aims to disseminate knowledge on a variety of topics from substance use problems (including illicit form to prescriptive drugs), pharmalogical and behavioural addictions simultaneously address therapies with novel approach. Allowing its scope it includes manuscripts on health services research, clinical trials, randomized controlled trials, case-controlled field evaluations, or time series evaluations with characteristics of treatments in routine settings. However, focus on developments in addiction medicine is also highly welcomed as well as on treatment innovations and ethical, economic, forensic, and social topics of substance abuse remains the primordial subject of importance.
